Inspira Tecnologia da Informação Ltda. ("Inspira") provides a legal tool on its website that integrates jurisprudential research, jurimetrics, document analysis, and knowledge management in a single environment (the "Tool").
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") aims to explain, in a clear and objective manner, how your information and data will be collected, used, shared, and stored by Inspira through its systems. This document should also serve as a guideline for procedures in compliance with the provisions established by law, especially Law No. 13.709/2018 ("LGPD").
Our activities involving the processing of personal data revolve around the operations described above and the improvement of user experience in our tool, optimizing the research and document analysis process. Moreover, there is a possibility of collecting data from visitors to Inspira's pages even if they have not registered on our platform, which occurs through cookies, as we will describe in more detail below.
Your acceptance of our Policy will be at the moment you (the "User") start using our Tool or when you access our site. This will indicate that you are aware and in full agreement with how we will use your information and data.
Information collected by Inspira
Data collected when you visit the site:
Visitation data: Your IP address, browser, operating system, as well as your browsing data on our site, such as the buttons and links you clicked and the time you spent on each page. This information will be used for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.
Data you provide to Inspira:
Registration data: Your name, email, and phone number, if you register to use the Tool.
Connection through third-party services: When you connect or log in to our Tool with third-party services like Google, Microsoft, Instagram, we may collect data that you provide to us through these services, such as your name and profile picture. We will respect your privacy settings and ask for authorization to collect such data.
Authentication information: To provide you with a secure environment, we may ask you to provide us with identification information (e.g., company/office you work for) or other authentication information (e.g., via SMS or email).
Information generated by you:
Access logs: Inspira automatically collects access logs in the Tool, which include your IP address, along with date and time. This data is mandatory collection, in accordance with Law 12.965/2014, and will be provided to third parties only with your express authorization or through judicial demand.
Usage data: We collect information about your interactions on Inspira, such as browsing, pages you access or create, searches, participation in surveys or forums, and other actions.
Connected device location data: We do not collect your location data, but by collecting your IP address, we can have access to the approximate location of your access to Inspira. This data will only be used for internal analysis and to enhance or direct our services.
Device specifications: We automatically collect data about your device’s features, including its operating system, version, hardware information, language, and internet signal.
Communications with Inspira: When you communicate with Inspira, we store information about your communication, including metadata such as date, IP, and time of communications and all your content, as well as any information you choose to provide.
Information from other sources:
Data collected from other platforms: Inspira may interact with other platforms and services, such as social networks and user tracking platforms like Hotjar (https://www.hotjar.com/legal/policies/privacy/) and Google Analytics (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Some of these services may provide us with information about you, such as your IP address, which we will collect and use solely for analyzing the use of the Tool, to improve our services and to offer you new functionalities.
Use of Cookies and other similar technologies
Cookies are files added to your device (computer, mobile, etc.) or browser to facilitate the filling of certain information and access to our services.
Cookies serve, for example, to save your access data to the different services we offer and allow direct access to our platform without the need to log in. Cookies also allow this access to be personalized, within certain limits.
The data stored from Cookies can be temporary (i.e., such data is discarded with each access) or can be stored for a longer time (which allows, for example, your access to our site without needing to log in).
Inspira uses Cookies when you browse our site and platform, always to validate the authentication of the user accessing that account, to prevent unauthorized access. In this case, we use so-called "essential cookies."

When Inspira mentions "similar technologies," this means that there are other technologies besides Cookies that allow the storage of personal data on the device or browser you are using. The manner and type of data that are collected (generally Access Data) are very similar, as well as the data transfer activities involving these technologies.
Sharing of your personal data
Use of your data: Inspira uses the collected data for specific purposes to offer its services. The data is confidential and will be treated responsibly so that you can fully utilize the tool, always aiming to improve your experience as a user.
Access to your data by your colleagues: Inspira may be hired by companies or law firms for use by their employees or lawyers. In this case, your employer may access your profile data and other employees of your company or firm may have access to your name and email, as provided by you during your registration.
Profile: The data you provide when registering, as well as your usage data of the Tool, including your search and usage history of the Tool, will be used to compose your profile.
Monitoring: Inspira reserves the right to monitor the use of the tool, primarily to ensure that the rules described in this Policy are being observed, or to check for violations or abuse of applicable laws.
User deletion: Inspira reserves the right to delete a certain user, regardless of type, if this Policy or the Terms of Use are not respected.
External servers: All data that you provide us is stored on servers external to your employer and Inspira, for example, on the Google and/or AWS platforms.
Sharing: Inspira may share the information it collects with any third parties, provided they are effectively anonymized, and with user tracking platforms (like Hotjar and Google Analytics), solely for the purposes set forth in this Policy. The sharing of information will occur anonymously whenever possible, aiming to preserve your privacy.
Judicial request: Inspira reserves the right to provide data and information if requested judicially to do so, exclusively to the extent that such sharing is required by law, necessary for the company to comply with national laws, or if you expressly authorize it.
Other authorized uses:
Allowing you to access and use all functionalities of Inspira;
Sending you messages regarding support or service, such as alerts, notifications, and updates;
Communicating with you about products, services, promotions, news, updates, events, and other topics that may interest you;
Analyzing user traffic in our Tool;
Creating new services, products, and functionalities;

Complying with legal obligations
Rights of data subjects:

Right of access: You have the right to request and receive a copy of the personal data that Inspira holds about you.

Right to object to processing: You have the right to contest where and in what context Inspira is processing your personal data for different purposes.
Right to request anonymization, blocking, or deletion: You can request the suspension of the processing of your personal data.
Right to portability: Inspira will provide you, or third parties of your choice, your personal data in a structured and interoperable format.
Right to withdraw your consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent regarding the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Right to review automated decisions: You have the right to request the review of decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing of your personal data that affect your interests, including decisions related to the definition of personal, professional, consumer, and marketing profiles.
Information security:
Authorized access only: Inspira ensures that only those with the necessary authorizations and need within Inspira will have access to your data.
Encryption and passwords: Inspira ensures that all your information is encrypted on the servers where they are stored, all your passwords are stored as hashes, all the data traffic of Inspira over the HTTP protocol is encrypted using SSL, and all direct access to the servers storing the data is encrypted.
Retention: We will retain your personal information for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may also retain your personal information for legitimate business interests, such as fulfilling our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and maintaining our records.
Deletion: When we no longer need your Personal Information, we will delete or anonymize it according to our data retention policies and applicable laws, or, if that is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backups), we will store your personal information securely and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Requests
We take significant and appropriate measures to protect users' Personal Information in order to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, which may include: physical access controls, encryption, intrusion detection, and network monitoring, depending on the nature of the information and the scope of the processing.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish an updated version on the applicable page, unless another type of notice is required by applicable law or contractual agreement. By continuing to use our service or providing us with Personal Information after the publication of an updated Privacy Policy or notifications by other means, the user consents to the revised Privacy Policy.

Applicable law
This document is governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Forum of the São Paulo County, São Paulo is elected as competent to resolve any issues arising from this document, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
ANNEX I
COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL
After requesting a commercial proposal, our sales consultants sent the details to the client's email. The content of the proposal will be customized based on the selected plan, number of users with access to the tool, and any specific conditions negotiated during the process. This procedure aims to ensure that you receive an offer suitable to your needs while maintaining the confidentiality of the exchanged information. We emphasize that the handling of these personal data will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy described above.
